Refund Policy

Digital products are delivered as soon as you pay and you keep the file, so sales are generally final once you have your link, and we do not refund a change of mind. If a file does not work as described, we will fix or replace it, and refund you if we cannot. Refunds the law requires are always honoured. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
When we fix, replace or refund
We will fix, replace or refund when the download link or file does not work, the product is not as described or something listed is missing, or you were charged twice for the same order. We cannot refund a change of mind, results you hoped for (our products are tools, see our Disclaimer), use in a program other than Google Sheets such as Excel, or changes you made to your copy.
How to ask and how refunds are paid
Contact us as soon as you notice a problem, with the email you used at checkout, the product name and a short description. We fix or replace first, and refund if we cannot. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, pays the refund to your original payment method, tax or VAT included, and timing depends on your bank. Find your orders at Lemon Squeezy My Orders.
