Examples and numbers
Preview images, sample data and worked examples (such as the cost and price of an example product) are illustrations of a method. They are not market benchmarks, quotes or forecasts. Replace them with your own figures before you rely on any result.

We build and test our files with care, but spreadsheets only work with the information you enter, and no file is free from error. You are responsible for checking the figures and formulas for your own use, keeping backups of your copy, and making your own decisions. Do not rely on a template alone for tax returns, payroll, compliance or other regulated work.
Local rules and licences
Running a business, especially one that sells food, may need licences, permits, insurance, registration and tax filings that depend on where you live. Our guides do not cover these rules, and you should check them with your local authority.
Compatibility
Our spreadsheet products are built and tested in Google Sheets. They may not display or calculate correctly in other programs such as Excel, and a free Google account is needed to use them.
