01The short version

• We do not ask you to create an account, and we never see your card details. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
• We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages and products people use.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.

02What we collect

We collect only what the store needs to work and to improve.

• Purchase details. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record) collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details, takes payment and sends your receipt and download link. We receive order details such as the product bought, your email address and country, so we can support you and keep records. We do not receive your full card number.
• Usage data. Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, records pages viewed, clicks on buy buttons, the page that sent you, your device type, browser, language and approximate location (from your IP address), using cookies or similar identifiers.
• Language choice. If you pick a language in the header, your browser then loads Google Translate and remembers your choice.
• Favorites. If you save templates to your Favorites, the list is kept in your own browser (local storage). It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, time and page requested, for security and reliability.
• Messages. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you.

03How we use information

• To deliver your purchase, answer questions and give support.
• To understand which pages, templates and guides are useful, and to improve them.
• To measure how our own marketing performs.
• To keep the site secure and to meet tax, accounting and legal duties.

Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on performing the contract with you (delivering your order), our legitimate interest in running and improving the store, and, where it applies, your consent.

04Cookies and similar technology

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager use them to tell visits apart and to count them. The Lemon Squeezy checkout, and Google Translate if you use it, may set their own cookies. The store itself does not use cookies for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting data about you with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site still works without cookies.

05Who we share information with

We share information only with the services that help us run the store. They process it under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payments, taxes, receipts and downloads.
• Google for Analytics, Tag Manager and, if you choose a language, Translate.
• Our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps server logs.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information.

06How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages are kept while we need them to help you, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information earlier (see your rights below), except where the law makes us keep it.

07International transfers

The services we use operate around the world, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Those providers use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where the law requires them.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California and other places with privacy laws), you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or limit how we use it, take a copy of it, and withdraw consent you gave. To use any of these rights, contact us. For payment details held by Lemon Squeezy, you can also contact them directly.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority if you think we have handled your information unfairly.

09Children

The store is meant for adults who run or plan a business, a budget or a household. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

10Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy, not by us. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we handle.

11Links to other sites

The store links to other websites such as Lemon Squeezy and Google. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make an important change, we will make it clear on this page.
