01What we sell

We sell digital products: Google Sheets templates, tools such as the Printable Planner Generator, and e-books. Spreadsheets are delivered as a link to a Google Sheets file that you copy into your own Google Drive; tools and e-books are delivered as a download. They are not physical goods, and nothing is shipped.

Preview images and examples show sample data. The numbers in guides and listings are illustrations of a method, not promises of results.

02Orders and payment

Orders are placed through the Lemon Squeezy checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for its orders: it takes payment, handles sales tax and VAT where they apply, and issues your receipt. Its terms apply to the checkout in addition to these terms.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless the checkout shows another currency, and the final total, including any tax, is shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already completed. Most products are a one-time payment with no subscription.

03Delivery and access

Your download link arrives as soon as checkout finishes, and you can find it again at any time through My Orders. For a spreadsheet, open the link and save an editable copy to your own Google Drive (a free Google account is needed to use Google Sheets files). For a tool or e-book, download the file from the same place. Where a listing says it includes free updates, these apply to the version you bought.

04Your licence

When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself or for your own business, and to edit your copy to suit your needs. One purchase covers one person or one business.

You may not:

• resell, share, give away, rent, sublicense or redistribute the file, your copy of it, or the link, in whole or in part;
• upload it to a marketplace, template store or sharing site, or offer it as your own product or template;
• remove our notices, or claim that you created it.

All rights not given to you here stay with us.

05Refunds

Because digital products can be used as soon as they are delivered, sales are generally final once you have received your link. We will, however, fix or replace a file that does not work as described, and if we cannot, we will refund the purchase. Refunds that the law requires are always honoured.

To ask for help or a refund, contact us and include the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and follow its process.

06Intellectual property

The templates, layouts, formulas, designs, text, graphics and logos on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Google Sheets, Google Drive and Google are trademarks of Google LLC, Lemon Squeezy is a trademark of its owner, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

07Using the site

Please use the site lawfully. Do not copy or scrape it at scale, interfere with how it works, try to get around checkout or the licence, or use it to harm others.

08Third-party services

Our products work inside Google Sheets, and payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not control those services and are not responsible if they change, are unavailable or fail. Our spreadsheets are built for Google Sheets, and other programs such as Excel may not display or calculate them correctly.

09Disclaimers and limits of liability

The products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available". Our Disclaimer explains more, including that our products are tools, not professional advice, and that we cannot promise any business result.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or loss of business arising from your use of the site or a product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your legal rights as a consumer.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. By continuing to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where DGClicks Store is established, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country give you other rights.
